Terms of service

The service

Gorilla Desk ("the desk") is software operated by Gleason Ventures that reads public community threads, drafts replies and posts in your voice, and, with your approval or the autopilot you have earned, publishes them from accounts you own and connected. It also writes a free marketing brief from your website and, on paid plans, runs the agents described on the site.

Your accounts and your content

You connect your own accounts on each network, through that network's own sign-in. You are responsible for those accounts and for what is published from them, including anything the desk publishes after you approved it or turned on autopilot for it. Everything the desk writes for you is yours.

You agree not to use the desk to publish anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or against the rules of the community it is posted to, and not to connect accounts you do not own or are not allowed to use.

What we do not do

The desk never votes, likes, follows or messages on your behalf, never uses accounts it owns or bought, and never publishes anything you or your earned autopilot did not approve. The full design is on the safety page and forms part of these terms.

Platforms

The networks the desk reads and posts to are run by other companies with their own rules, which change. We cannot promise that a platform will never restrict or ban an account; the desk is built to avoid the mechanical reasons for that and it holds every account to the published lane, but judgement calls belong to the platforms.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly per venture through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Prices are shown on the site and can change with notice to the email on your account. The refund policy applies.

Model keys

If you bring your own model key, calls made for your ventures are billed to you by that provider under its terms. The key is stored encrypted and used only for your ventures.

Availability and liability

The desk is provided as it is, without a warranty of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop at any time by cancelling and disconnecting your accounts; we can end the service for a breach of these terms, with a refund of any unused period if the breach was not yours.

Changes

We will email the address on your account before a material change to these terms takes effect.
