Your accounts, and only your accounts
Every reply and post goes out from an account you own and connected yourself. There are no managed accounts, no bought accounts, no stealth accounts and no account farm behind the curtain. If we ever lost the ability to post for you, your accounts and their history would still be yours.

A warming lane before any mention
Bans come from new accounts that promote on day one. A newly connected account spends its first weeks only being helpful: no links, no product mentions, no original posts. The lane opens in stages as the account earns a track record, and an account you have used for years starts further along because age counts from its real creation date.

The 90/10 rule, enforced by software
Moderators judge you by the ratio of contribution to promotion. Gorilla Desk holds every account to a promotional ratio, so at least nine in ten things it publishes are plain help with no product in them. A promotional draft that would tip the ratio waits.

Community rules read before every post
Each subreddit's rules are fetched and summarised before the first draft, and refreshed weekly. Where links or self-promotion are not allowed, the draft never contains them. Where a community wants a minimum account age or karma, the account waits until it qualifies.

Honest disclosure, once
When a reply mentions your product it says so plainly, in a phrase you chose, once, and only when the thread is asking for a tool. Never a homepage link in every comment. Never a "what do you think of my tool?" post.

A person approves, then autopilot is earned
Every venture starts in review mode: nothing publishes until you swipe. After you approve a run of drafts untouched on a platform, similar drafts start going out on their own, and the moment you hold or reject one the account waits for you again. Trust is earned per platform and per kind of post, never switched on globally.

Health checked every day
Each account gets a daily health check: karma or follower changes, removals, cooldowns, and a shadowban test. Falling health slows the account down. A shadowban or a wave of removals resets it to the start of the warming lane, and the venture's other accounts keep going.

Nothing a moderator would call manipulation
Gorilla Desk never votes, likes, follows, mass-messages or coordinates accounts. It does not read private data and it does not scrape beyond the public endpoints each platform provides for the accounts you connected.

About Reddit's API
Reddit closed its data API to most commercial tools, and the ones that depended on bulk reads are gone. Gorilla Desk reads Reddit the way a person does: through the official API, signed in as your own account, a handful of searches per venture at a time, on a cadence you can see. It never bulk-scrapes, never resells data, and it watches X, Bluesky, Hacker News and LinkedIn with the same design, so no single platform decides whether your marketing runs. If a platform tightens its rules, your accounts and your brief stay yours and the desk shifts weight to the others.
