What the desk may be used for, what it may not, and what happens when a platform pushes back.

Your accounts, your responsibility
Connect only accounts you own or are expressly allowed to operate. Keep them in your name. You are responsible for everything published from them, including drafts you approved and drafts your earned autopilot approved on your behalf under the rules you set.
Do not use the desk to
Publish anything unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. Pretend to be a customer, a neutral reviewer or anyone you are not; the disclosure phrase exists so that a mention is honest. Run several accounts as if they were different people, or coordinate accounts to vote, pile on or manufacture consensus. Work around a platform's restriction, cooldown, rate limit, ban or suspension, whether on your account or anyone else's. Post in communities whose rules forbid what you are posting; the desk reads those rules and so should you. Collect, scrape or resell data about people beyond the public threads the desk shows you.
What the desk enforces on its own
Every account starts in a warming lane, is held to daily and per-community caps, keeps at least nine helpful contributions for every promotional one, and pauses itself when its health drops or it appears shadowbanned. Reddit voting, liking, following and messaging are never automated, on any plan, for anyone. These limits are not configurable upwards.
When a platform acts
If a platform restricts or bans a connected account, the desk stops publishing from it and tells you. We will not help evade the restriction and we will not connect a replacement account that is not yours. Repeated removals across a venture's accounts lengthen its warming lane for everyone on that venture.
When we act
Breaches of this policy can lead to a venture being paused or an account being closed, with a refund of any unused period when the breach was not deliberate. We will tell you why.
Model keys and self-hosting
A model key you bring is used only for your ventures and under your provider's terms. A self-hosted licence covers one organisation's use and does not permit reselling access to the software itself.
